1. Order Confirmation:
The customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming all selected items and related details before completing the purchase.
2. Delivery Charges: 18 to 30 November 20 OMR and above free delivery only in website
Noraml A delivery fee of 2 OMR applies to all orders across the Sultanate.
3. Delivery Time:
Delivery is available on working days (Sunday to Thursday).
* Inside the Sultanate: Orders usually arrive within 1–3 working days.
* Outside the Sultanate: Orders usually arrive within 1–7 working days, depending on payment confirmation and the selected delivery address.
4. Delivery Information:
The site is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5. Returns & Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
